Unfortunately we are unable to offer same day delivery. This is because we harvest our flowers early morning, late afternoon, or early evening to avoid the heat of the day, however we are able to accept orders up to 12pm the night before a desired delivery date (with the exception of Sunday, as we are closed on this day).

No problems! All our flowers are hydro-packed, with a sufficient supply of water to allow up to 12 hours of hydration to allow them to be left at the recipient address if no one is home to accept them. In most cases we will leave flowers at the front door, or as near to it as possible, in a shaded location out of the elements.

If however there is no safe space to leave the flowers we will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternate delivery address, which may incur an additional delivery charge to cover costs.

If for any reason we are unable to access the recipient's delivery address, we will contact you to advise & try to arrange an alternative address if required. This may require us to reschedule delivery for the next cycle, which may be the following day.

In such instances, an additional delivery fee will be charged.

For this reason we strongly recommend choosing a delivery address which is not one of the following:

• A Unit address, where there is a locked main door access
• An address where it is unlikely that we will be able to safely leave the flowers in the event of no one being home to accept delivery, for example if the recipient has a dog, that is unrestrained and able to access the flowers if left at the front door, or may otherwise make delivery of the flowers unsafe for our delivery team.

FOLLOW OUR TIPS TO KEEP YOUR FLOWERS FRESHER FOR LONGER:

1. Change the vase water daily.
2. Use a clean vase (it should be clean enough to drink out of).
3. Avoid placing the flowers in direct sunlight, and hot rooms. Our florals prefer cool or mild temperature rooms just like people.
4. If you have received a flower food sachet, use half on the first water change and half on the second.
5. Always keep flowers & vases away from pets & small children as some flowers we use may be harmful if ingested. Always wash hands after handling the flowers.

VASE ARRANGEMENTS:

If you have received one of our vase arrangements, to change the water simply place the vase under running water for a short time until the water runs clean in the vase. If you wish to use the flower food sachet you can make / mix it up in a seperate container and add some to the vase once water has been refreshed as per above.
