At Flora Storr we do things differently, because we grow our own flowers & foliage by hand, from seed & seedling, in our expansive cottage gardens and fields.
We are obsessed with cottage florals, growing specially curated varieties that embody a wonderfully nostalgic & romantic era, through scent, texture, shape & of course colour, to create bespoke locally grown floral designs that make a unique statement.

Our flower gardens are not just for growing beauty. We wanted to create a buzzing, thriving, living world that provides food, shelter, and happiness to a huge array of lovely creatures that call our gardens home. This planet's littlest inhabitants need flowers to survive, and we know this is especially true for the world's pollinator population. We wanted to do our part to support this, and recently added a colony of lovely bees into our space. With the help of our nature loving son, we have also built numerous animal habitats around our gardens, such as frog homes and bird houses for the lovely little native finches.
To see all the lovely creatures that choose to call our gardens home is reward in itself, and we continue to build on our efforts with every day.
Growing FLORALS in harmony with nature
At Flora Storr, we love the beautiful creatures that form part of our local ecosystem, & we're so lucky to be a part of. That's why we would never use toxic chemicals or pesticides in our gardens.
We grow our florals using traditional slow farming methods & natural materials. Things like using organic compost & animal manures in our 'No-Dig' beds to nurture all those lovely microbes, irrigating with tank water, and growing in line with the changing seasons, the way nature intended. And in return, the animals & native creatures that call our gardens home provide us with 100% natural pest control.
